Minniedale Projects have been instructed to write a detailed Schedule of Works tender document for a new build project in Reigate, Surrey. The scheme involves the erection of new self-contained residential flats with associated car parking and landscaping. The document will provide a developer level finish and specification. The Schedule of Works will allow the developer to tender each package of the build to individual trades for cost saving. They will then use the document during the build to monitor cost.
