If you don’t need a full-time project manager on your build we offer a monitoring service. The service consists of staged visits to site to check compliance, builder progress and during the visit we provide advice and support on issues and concerns. This ‘checking service’ provides another set of eyes on the job and includes a full written report and is paid on a visit by visit basis. We are currently working with a client on their Grade 2 Listed 17th Century House in Bignor, West Sussex which is being completely re-furbished with the erection of a two storey side extension and single storey rear extension.
