CHANGE OF USE | OLD NATWEST BANK BILLINGSHURST

We recently worked with Meadows Wellbeing in Billingshurst, West Sussex. They purchased an old Natwest bank on the high street and approached us to produce the architectural drawings for the change of use of the Bank into their new Osteoptah & Health center. Once planning was submitted and approval came through we wrote a detailed Schedule of Works of the conversion for competative tendering and assisted with the build cost negotiation. After the builder was appointed we took on the full Contract Administrator and Project Management roles to ensure the project ran smoothly and on time. Our resposibiites including arraging Building Control vists and discharging their comments in replation to Disability Access, specalist involvement with asetsos removal and the Horsham Stone roof work.

‘’Having taken on a project to buy and develop a commercial property requiring change of use planning as well as detailed drawings to show complete refurbishment, I found Chris at Minniedale to be very professional, always available to speak with over the phone, proactive with design aspects and a great support throughout the process. In my opinion all the work done was completed to a high standard. Furthermore as project manager Chris made sure the refurbishment was completed on time and thankfully within budget.’’ Jon Meadows | Meadows Wellbeing
