We recently handed over a modern single storey rear extension in Beaconsfield last year just in time for Christmas! The scheme took 5 months to completed and involved a new Kitchen, Utility and large Living Room. We maximised the light into the extension with two sets of 4m wide x 2.4m tall slim line aluminium sliding doors. The clients can now take advantage of the views into their garden. The extension has wet underfloor heating which means they didn’t require any radiators on the walls and enabled them to maximise the kitchen units and sliding doors size. We tendered the scheme, worked with the builders to tighten their costs, engaged the chosen builder with a JCT contract and then Project Managed the scheme from start to completion. The client needed assistance with booking in the kitchen and external door survey while they were at work and for someone to check and sign off the manufacture drawings. We took care of everything from survey to install and final snagging and certificate hand over.
