What do Minniedale Projects offer?
We specialise in independent construction project management for residential projects (extensions, renovations and self-builds) and commercial projects (fit outs and new builds). We support you by providing independent advice and assist the contractor by helping with questions or issues that occur on site. For example if the Architect or Engineer need to update drawings due to on site findings we manage this and chase information so it comes through efficiently. This means the contractor can focus on the build (reducing programme over runs) and not on chasing information release.

But how does this work?

We position ourselves in-between the ‘client’ and contractor as an independent party to oversee the whole project. All conversations and information exchange come through us and is then distributed accordingly to the relevant parties. But what is the benefit? As the client you don’t need to be involved in everything as this would be completely drowning! Nor do you want to be involved in the decision making without the right expertise. We filter information needed for your attention so you can focus on these decisions and then all other discussions or questions can be fielded to the appropriate parties, i.e Architect, Engineer or Building Control for example. We are there to guide and provide advice so you are confident in the final outcome.

This means you enjoy the process, decisions are dealt with by the right party and the contractor remains focused on site.

Having a single point of accountability minimises financial and logistical risks for homeowners or business owners. It mitigates risks associated with delayed information exchange, contractors working from outdated drawings and gives the client a clear point of contact to be regularly updated.
