We are extremely proud to hear ‘Thwaites House’ has won the Sussex Heritage Trust Public and Community Award 2025! What an achievement for everyone involved and we are proud to have supported the build at pre-construction, tender and during construction with our Contract Administration services. 

The award focused on commercial projects which provided improved facilities for the community.

Judges’ Comments

‘‘Thwaites House is an exemplar in what can be achieved with a clear brief and single-minded attitude from the whole team. The building perfectly meets its performance objectives particularly embracing the needs of its disparate uses. The clever use of scale allowed a substantial building to fit in with the many requirements of building within an ANOB.’’
