We were instructed by the developer to write a detailed Schedule of Works tender document for new build flats in Reigate, Surrey. The scheme involved the erection of new self-contained residential flats with associated car parking and landscaping. The document provided a developer level finish and specification. The Schedule of Works enabled them to tender each package of the build to individual trades for cost saving. They then used the document during the build to monitor cost.
