From Bungalow to Bespoke Family Home – Ifold Estate, West Sussex

Nestled in the ever-expanding Ifold estate in West Sussex, we transformed a modest bungalow into a stunning and spacious family home. This impressive project began with a single-storey rear extension, creating a generous open-plan kitchen and entertaining area at the heart of the home.

We then added a full first floor, crowned by an eye-catching gable roof design, dramatically increasing the internal space. The new layout now boasts five double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, offering both luxury and functionality for modern family living.

To complete the transformation, the existing bungalow underwent a full renovation. The addition of crisp external render, contemporary aluminium windows, and sleek doors gave the home a fresh, modern identity, seamlessly tying old and new together into one cohesive design.
